The rental was nice and clean. However, the process of getting the rental was frustrating. The lady who sold me the rental was rude for no reason at first. Until I called next door to Avis and told them I was coming over there, all of a sudden her whole attitude changed. I found that unprofessional I shouldn’t feel like I’m getting such poor service that I have to go to the competition. Then when you see that I’m feed up you change your attitude and give me the proper customer service so I won’t go to the the competition. Why not start off with the right attitude. Especially if I’m not being a rude customer. Upon returning the car it was a smooth transaction the guy was nice, fast, and professional the entire time. I would of gave a higher rate if my pick up was a nice as my drop off but it was not. I expect if I’m spending my money to get treated properly.

Upon entering the enterprise lot the first impression was the amount of rentals available.maybe 4 vehicles. When talking to staff member I had to repeat myself 4 times before someone else finally came and explained what I was talking about. Ok I’ll give them that in case of new staff. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable but not clean. You could write your name on inside of windshield. The van reeked for 3 days of pot.nnRick t

So let me first start by saying Cam the rental associate that handled my reservation was very professional and did the best he could. However my overall experience was not that great. I reserved my rental vehicle(SUV) 2 days prior to me picking up my rental vehicle. When I actually came in to this location to pick up the vehicle I was told no SUV’s were currently available and that it would probably be a wait and that I could take a look outside and pick another vehicle of my choosing. I proceeded outside to take a look and did not have much of a variety to choose from. I end up making a decision on a 2021 Nissan Altima. As I was driving home from the rental location I noticed a strong scent of smoke when altering the climate controls in the vehicle. I also noticed the vehicle had multiple dents and scratches on the body and also tire rim.

The rental car I got was absolutely gross, and uncomfortable.nnIt smelled like someone had smoked in it and they covered it up with some heavy air freshener. The air freshener would stick to your clothes and linger all day.nnThe steering wheel was sticky the entire time I had it, thankfully they left anClorox wipe in there for me to sanitize before I left.nnI am in northeast Ohio and the car they gave me was out of windshield wiper fluid when I received it, so it made driving on salty roads very enjoyable.nnThe only redeemable factor, was the ease of pickup and drop off.

I travel for work and rent from the local Enterprise office. The staff have taken time to get to know me and go above and beyond to ensure I am where I need to be at the time I need to be. However, when I rent for my honeymoon Enterprise did not properly coordinate a later pick-up time due to delays flights and we ended up accruing a significant expense. Through now 13 correspondences with corporate, we were offered 2 rentals which doesn't come close to replenishing the over $350 we unexpectedly accrued. Both local offices are wonderful and I will continue to rent, but and extremely disappointed with the Enterprise Complaint Resolution Team who never returned our calls and emails or tried to make it right.
