Customer service was good.nCame to this location, usually use Tallmadge location, trying to avoid having to smell weed on my travels but not the case. I guess they share cars with them because it was awful my entire trip. I tried everything to get the smell out while driving Guess I’ll just use my car what a waste of money

Quick service i used the App to reserve a car two weeks in advance got exactly what I wanted went to pick it up was fast easy and friendly will use there services again
Mike and Andy were great to deal with. I dropped off my car to be repaired, was picked up and taken to Enterprise. Paperwork took like 5 min, and I was driving away in my rental. They both were friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. Stress free experience-will be back to this location. Nissan Altima I got for rental was amazing. Thank you. Marina.
