Everyone was very nice. I reserved a mid-size car but when I went to pick it up they didn't have one,so he upgraded it to a SUV for the same price. Also I was late returning the vehicle by a few days and they only emailed me one time,no repeated calls,texts,or emails. I thought that was nice that they weren't hounding me about returning it and let me enjoy my vacation.
I had help from William and him and the rest of the staff were so wonderful and helpful! When they didn’t have the car I reserved they helped me find an even better option. I also had a lot of questions and they were more than helpful and kind!
This was the worse experience I have had with Enterprise. The mini van was not a good choice to drive to Colorado. There was never a problem picking me up, I understand pandemic necessity. I hope if I have a chance to rent here again I hope they can actually help.
They are always great at this location. Never have you waiting and cars are always clean. Fast easy process, my fav Enterprise location.
Good people. Made sure car was warmed up for me and my son and pulled it up next to us so I could easily transfer everything over from 1 vehicle to the rental
