Just returned a rental car and the customer service was quick and fabulous. They met me outside checked the gas , checked for damage, approved my deposit return , signed me off and away I went. Took about two minutes. Very friendly. Very helpful. I would recommend Enterprise at this location to anyone. And they are ALWAYS very friendly.
Not going to give my life story but I have spent enough on enterprise to buy a few cars. I love being able to lease one on a whim and pretty easy works well with my ptsd not to have to talk to a bunch of people pretty nice till after renting a suv for over a month spending tons of money on a place to find out because I did not talk to them for 3 days past extending my rental that I have been black listed I can no longer spend my money on them not a big desl just can't believe that my security deposit covered more then the time that they black listed me over
Exceptional service from Manager Ryan and his associate Nick. Definitely recommend this branch to anyone needing a Rental.
Not a good experience this time around. But willing to try again based on previous experiences
