Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Please see the review below, posted to the Enterprise located in Florid ( St. Cloud). The Mentor team was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank them enough. Perhaps you all should go train the Florida division.. My husband rented a car from this location this past weekend. I was floored to hear the details of the horrible, unprofessional, even childish behavior of these staff members. My son, who was recently in an accident, currently has a rental ( which was accidentally placed under my husband’s driver’s license) and when my husband arrived to pick up our car, they declined him. It would take me paragraphs to truly share how nasty they were to him. Instead of overriding ( pressing one button) the issue with having two rentals cars at the same time, they left him standing outside for hours. He decided to reach out to the Mentor, Ohio location for help ( we owe them, incredibly wonderful support and the only reason he was not stranded). The team at this Florida location made sarcastic and rude comments to him through his entire experience..when he asked what he was supposed to do, stand there without a car the managers response was, “ I don’t know what to tell you, but I’d rather you not stand here.” They stopped answering their phone and refused to talk to the manager at the mentor location. We travel often together and I travel for work. I am torn when it comes to future rentals because avoiding enterprise is not fair to the locations that treat people properly and exemplify customer service, but this experience was inexcusable, beyond words. I really hope someone from a regional level contacts us and works to rectify this.

Try to sell you everything in the book, after expressing that I was in a time crunch and only wanted what ever the insurance covers. Waisted another 15 min. Trying to sell me other options. The lady that I first talked to was great. The one out by the car not so much.

Thank you to the Mentor Ohio location with helping me not to be stranded, when the St Cloud, Florida location refused to! I absolutely appreciate the manager and the rest of the team here! As far as the St Cloud location, I'm still waiting to hear from someone!!

Would never rent a vehicle from here again. Had to rent a vehicle due to a claim. The process was terrible as far as communication and billing. I was not refunded my full deposit when I was told I would be manager Gabby. Then a week later talked to manager Tony. Who was completely dismissive and rude. Started to talk over me and made the experience horrible. Completely in shock how this experience was.
