The employees are horrible driver's they have no problem putting my life in danger messing with their phones, driving above the speed limit, pulling out in front of people. They also always forget to pick me up from my appointments and today they didn't show up at all to take me to my appointment.

An exceptional company with exceptional drivers. They genuinely care about the client. They are prompt and dependable. The owner goes out of his way to ensure clients don't wait after appts. The vehicles are newer and VERY clean. No other company even compares to D&D Rides. They set the bar high!

D&D rides are our friends and neighbors, they helped us out in a difficult time! Dave is the best!

I've been transported to several medical appointments by this company. Each time I found their service to be very satisfactory. The drivers have always arrived on time and they are friendly. The vehicles are always clean. If I have a choice, I will be using their services whenever I need to be taken to future appointments.

If you set up an appt they call you by 7pm the day before to remind you of your appt which is nice! They're always on time if not a few minutes early. Vehicles are very clean & nice. Drivers are polite & considerate. Definitely would recommend to friends & family.nnEdited to update 10/19/20:nI go to an appt 6 days of the week. On Saturday a woman drove me who was beyond rude & belittling. She didn't call me in advance to confirm my appt & then when she arrived she still didn't call she just pulled up at 6:50am & blew the horn as if it wasn't early in the morning & neighbors weren't still sleeping. She spoke to me as if I were a child. Upon picking me up she stopped the van at the end of the driveway & said everyone had to put the seatbelt on before she would drive. After this she was speeding through traffic, swerving, & slamming on her brakes & gas every single time she stopped or accelerated. After leaving the doctor she told the other passenger & I that we had to put our seatbelts on or she would pull the van over & sit there til we had them on. She then pulled the van over & got out & opened the back door to check & make sure our seatbelts were on. This felt so belittling. She proceeds to speak & swerve & drive absolutely insanely with no regard for anyone's lives. On the way she slammed on her brakes at a yellow light & apparently decided she was going to try to make it thru& then gassed it & went through a light that was already RED! I was mind blown at her behavior & her driving ability bcuz all of the other drivers are very polite & drive well. I would not want to have to risk driving in a vehicle with her again.
