My husband and I booked an SUV for our trip to Myrtle Beach. Second time we went to Enterprise Chardon. Once again, they exceeded our expectations. They had a brand new Nissan Murano with 4000 miles waiting for us when we arrived. Kevin was fantastic, seamless transaction and outstanding customer service. We will always go to Enterprise for any and all future rentals.

Service was excellent! Mara was courteous and professional. Booked an SUV for a week on a trip to Nashville. 2020 Nissan Pathfinder was the car we received. Basically a brand new vehicle with low miles and fully loaded, including leather seats and navigation system. All vehicles we saw on the lot looked brand new. Seamless transaction and A+ customer service. Will be taking my business to Enterprise Chardon for all future vacation rentals!

Solid car rental. They clean the cars every time and honor appointments. They also tend to have cars that are clean and somewhat newer. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great upgraded because car was not ready. Just only a few stores opened on Sundays to return so you would not get charged another day.

Completely incompetent. I reserved a car two days ahead and made it clear I needed to pick it up when they opened at 8:00 am. When I got there I was met with a string of excuses on why I needed to wait 20 minutes to get the car. I didn’t have 20 minutes. So I had to change my schedule to accommodate their bumbling. And as “compensation” for their screw-ups, they gave an ever-so-generous 5% discount and comped a half tank of gas. Next time, I’ll go out of my way to get a car from someone else.
