This is my first time ever using Budget. I've always used Enterprise but they keep jacking up their deposit so I tried Budget. There is no deposit fee. You just pay the cost of the vehicle and whatever add-ons you've added. Vehicle was clean. Tank was full. The process is fast and smooth. The only thing I would say is check to make sure car has windshield wiper fluid because because mine did not. And I had to drive through snow, rain, then warm weather and couldn't clean the windows so I had to stop at a gas station and get some windshield wiper fluid.
Prepaid my rental a week ago for a full size suv.nGo to pick it up and they give me a tiny crossover.nnI was told to go to the airport to find the car that I paid for because they didn't have it and to take the smaller one to exchange it.nnI've rented 8 cars from this same location this year and every time its some kind of an issue.
They do not accept Chime credit. Those with lower than good credit, do not attempt to pick up car here.
Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible experience. Brand new 2020 Buick suv with 50k miles broke down an hour after driving. Took 7 hours for help. Would never recommend this place.
Great service. The lady was awesome and I will recommend them first.
