Easy and convenient. Even with dropping my car off at 4am at Avis and they were closed it was super easy pulling in the parking lot, the security guard directed me where to park at. I then drop keys off in drop box then take the shuttle to airport and that was it. Pretty convenient.
Didn't open until 7:00 a.m. had to return the car at 6 people were very rude
The National customer service was great. Pulled in before they were actually open but the rep was more than glad to get me a printed receipt which I needed for work. Thanks for going above and beyond.nShuttle driver was willing to help people and bags on and off the bus. Great job.
Returning the vehicle after dark was a ordeal. Very dark and signage was close to invisible.
The customer service is horrible, they are not flexable in fixing problems. Their requirements are not clearly explained.
