Nice staff. Easy phone customer service. The man helping us have a great recommendation for a vehicle option and I didn't not regret following his suggestion. Also the man that inspected the car on the way out was very polite, as was the man that checked me in on return- which was also super fast and simple.
OMG has Alamo Rent-A-Car been a lifesaver for me and my family. We have been in rentals for over a month now, due to my son's car being stolen in my truck being in the shop. Great bunch of people. Mo the branch manager of Alamo was a great help. I just wish they could have found my hat that I left in the first car that was rented
We had a good experience with this car rental. We picked it up in Cleveland and drove it to Baltimore. The representative in Cleveland was courteous and professional. We got a Chrysler Pacifica minivan in great condition. We enjoyed driving it; it smelled clean and handled great. We returned it with no problems. The price for the whole week rental is also very reasonable. We will definitely rent with Alamo again in the future.
They treated us like family and even acknowledged our medical exemptions. Both my husband and I can not wear a mask and they were kind and considerate to us. I will definitely recommend Alamo to friends and family!!
