I have been employed by this company for awhile. I will say they are by far the best company around. when I pick up clients they tell me they will only go with our company. There pay is very competitive to the other transport companies.nI have work for several of the other companies and this company is by far the better one. They are willing to help you if you need time off for any reason. They treat there employees well. Also they make sure that employees have everything they need and they keep there vehicles running well. I plan on staying with this company for a very long time

I had a last minute transport needed for one of my patients and Anthony was able to schedule and provide transport for this appointment. He was very nice and easy to work with! Thank you Anthony!

So I have been getting rides from them since before Thanksgiving.... Drivers are usually pretty decent guys. No real problems. The real problem is the one half of the owner duo the wife... she isn't pleasant to deal with she is rude and doesn't listen unless it might have to due with a possible law suit. Lets start with tonight. I was told they would be a half hour to 45mins late after they knew I had been in CHRONIC PAIN REHAB since 7:30am-5pm because they feel like doubling up so they can technically double charge the different insurance companies/two people going practically the same place. Then I am in the back seat and we are going around a curve not fast mind you and the seat that is not properly bolted to the floor comes up and I almost hit the window. Do I feel safe???? Do I? Hell NO! I want to remind you that the driver was not going fast at all.nnThen there is Tuesday this week where I was at my door outside my door waiting at 5:55am and waiting and waiting.... and they tell me the person called and knocked... where did he knock??? I was standing at the door... Then they couldn't come back and pick me up because they had other people to pick up... I am in a program that boots you if you miss too many days. I admitted to the one day where I ME messed up MY alarm and missed the ride. MY FAULT, I take full blame. They just blow me off when it is their fault. Again the rude wife.nnThey double up and get paid well and can not keep the check engine light off in almost any of their vehicles. I really don't know if there is a vehicle that doesn't have the check engine light on. They are chronically late when they know you are done with your program or appointment, but are thankfully on time getting you there. They act like you might not have plans so they double up or don't plan enough people to cover the amount of clients they are taking on... So you are way later than you plan on getting home to your loved ones or going out or trying to have time.nnI am writing this because there was no consideration ever in the evening, the wife was always rude on the phone, and I felt so freaked out that my seat came up off the floor of the Van.
