I've always had good experiences with Enterprise so I am providing 5 stars. My most recent rental was a very nice BMW 5 series. Unfortunately, it smelled like someone had smoked 600 packs of cigarettes in it prior to me getting it. I let the staff know and hope that next time it will be properly cleaned. Will still be back because Enterprise has always met my expectations in the past.

Brian the assistant manager is rude. This whole experience feels like a bad traffic stop. He asked for my bank statement and work ID to use my corporate discount which no one has EVER DONE at any Enterprise location. I couldn’t imagine he would ask all these questions if I were white. Did not have the vehicle I reserved over a week in advance. Now I am forced to sit here and wait until they bring a vehicle from another location. Been here for over an hour and am now late to my destination. Never again will rent from here while he is employed.

We w er e recenty in an accident. Enterprise was more than willing to take care of us with the rental we needed. They met me and dropped the SUV off with me at the collision center. Super quick and easy. I was able to drop the rental back off when my car was done. I love renting from Enterprise. Strongly recommend to anyone.

An Outstanding Group of People...and Clean and Sanitized Cars....When I picked up the car I rented the people at the Enterprise Rental Car facility on Westlake, Ohio were excellent....They made sure my car was sanitized and clean...I was able to pick it up outside their office without any contact...the went out of their way to make sure I remained safe....nnOn return of the car...They again met me outside...finished my rental online an again with minimal contact....From beginning to end the staff was courteous, efficient, kind...and the entire transaction was extremely easy....I would HIGHLY recommend Enterprise Auto Rental in Westlake, Ohio....
