Excellent experience there, their staff is really effective and smiling. It's my third time with them. The car is great, clean and I have the full refund all the times I rented there, it's the only place where I had refunds on my credit card. Most of places even you doing all right, they never refund you, it's different in Shaker heights, giving the car in time, clean and full with fuel you will have all good.
The vehicle was dirty. There was physical damage to the exterior, burn holes in the seat and smelled of cigarettes and heavy deodorizer. I was instructed to exchange the vehicle at the airport 30 minutes away. The airport did not have the vehicle class reserved. Horrible experience
Jay is beyond amazing with his professionalism and efficiency.
Although I didn't get rental car the young man was still professional in doing his job would still overall recommend.
The car was fine. I was 15 minutes late for the return and was charged $93.00 dollars.
