I travel very often for work and have been to many different Hertz across the nation. Out of all of them this Hertz has always been my favorite. The front desk clerk Marcus is always extremely helpful with any problem every time that I use that location. I travel a further distance to that Hertz location just for the professionalism and how quick I'm always in and out.

Didn't have any issues at all here. I realized I accidentally left a personal belonging in the rental the day after I returned it, was thankful that I didn't have any issues collecting it. FYI the desk for this location is inside the Doubletree, directly left as soon as you enter. The two gentlemen that I interacted with were nice as well.

I have been a long time customer with Hertz, but when I went to rent a car on Nov 6 I didn't feel appreciated or valued. I wasn't told about the store being closed and would be limited to my choose of vehicles in my class. I was give a run down vehicle that didn't appear clean on the inside or outside. The sale guy Marcus never offered to clean, instead he charge me an upgrade

I booked my reservation online for 6pm pickup. What I didn’t realize was that this location also closed at 6pm. Nothing alerted me to this issue when booking online. When I arrived at 6:04, I was greeted by 2 employees, one who promptly let me know that they were closed an that there was nothing they could do and one who did everything they could to express their annoyance with me. I explained that my reserved pickup time was 6:00 and that I was only 4 minutes late. I asked what would have happened if I would have arrived at the correct time (only 4 minutes earlier.) and they let me know that they still would not have been able to help me because they close at 6. So long story short, 5 minutes difference derailed my plans and caused me an enormous inconvenience. I’m SURE that if a client called me at 5:04 and I told them to call back in the am, we are closed and “I’m already clocked out” that I would be promptly fired. So long story short, I will be picking up a car tomorrow morning at enterprise. Hopefully they have better customer service.
