I was apprehensive about using a wheelchair transportation company for my mom because I had heard stories about the long waits and poor customer service other people had experienced with other companies. But when my mom needed an unexpected procedure at a hospital I knew I didn't have a choice. Freedom 2 Go was awesome! Their drivers were professional and gentle with my mom. I followed behind them so I would have my own car and noted that they were careful drivers. The company's transportation coordinator was very patient with me as he fit me in to their schedule. All in all it was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use them again!

I needed a ride to and from the Cleveland Clinic. The driver picked me up at the Hotel and drove me to the Clinic. The driver was polite, friendly and interesting....but most importantly...ON TIME!!!! After my appointment, a second driver showed up within 15 minutes of being called (that is GREAT) and was just as nice as the first. This is a great service and will use them again.

I give Freedom 2 Go my highest recommendation. They were very responsive to all forms of communication which took all of the stress out of arranging transportation between locations that required over an hour of drive-time. Pricing was very competitive too!
