Trey and nick are the best. But the rest of the employees are rude and one even told me I couldn’t get a ride back home and she wasn’t gone make it her responsibility either smh just rude and unprofessional! The service could be a little faster also.
I was very pleased with the service I got from Mike C. up at Enterprise in Bedford. He was professional with the service and gave a couple laughs as well. He also went above and beyond and cleaned and washed the vehicle to help the guys in the back. His co-worker Mike S. was also back there helping the process of getting their vehicles cleaned and rented in timely manner. Then when Mike S. finished his vehicle he asked if Mike C. could use a hand cleaning hood and they both knocked it out in no time.nnGreat service from some great guys
Really helpful team over Bedford, Oh location. I got a Toyota Highlander for a week worked well. Pick up process was quick also drop off. They make sure you check the car before signing the rental agreement.nThe only thing was the car smelled like smoke.nThanks Brianna and Jack for your help.
My experience with Enterprise has been nothing short of exceptional. Mr. Mike Campbell from the Rockside Rd location was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be returning for future rentals.
