Was told they would be here at 9:30. It’s now 11 and they still have not shown up. My mother could have walked to her appointment by now. Never again. Call Uber.
They are hit and miss. They subcontract out to shady companies, but some times you get a good round trip. It's almost as if their vetting process is nonexistent. Roll the dice if you'd like, I will be seeking other options now.
First time using the service this morning and my driver was AMAZING! She deserves a raise for her performance! I’m now waiting to schedule my appointment home. I was advised it would take up to an hour.
I was cut-off in traffic and had to slam on my brakes by one of their drivers as she was busy car dancing on 83 heading south cutting across 3 lanes to get on 90 west yesterday morning. I wouldn't let anybody ride with these people.
I've honestly never had an issue with this service before, but this time the driver who was originally scheduled to take me to my appointment was exposed to covid. So, in turn, I was transferred to a different driver. However, Provide a Ride themselves failed to notify the other driver that they were now scheduled to drive me. So, I was forced to reschedule my oral surgery. How do you fail to notify your own driver of their schedule change? That's beyond me. Poor professionalism. Other than that like I said it's a decent transportation service. They just need to get it together.
