Absolutely the worst car rental place ever. Been here twice ( insurance purposes). Recently they said everything looked fine with the car when I returned it and that I would receive my $50 deposit back. That was on 3-15-21. I was recently charged that $50 fee after a week. WHY?! They are shady people working here. I dont trust any of them. If you can afford to go somewhere else please do!
Reserved a full-sized car for 10/15/20. I get there and all they have are compact cars. Fine. First car they put me in has brake issues, but is otherwise clean and would have been a good car. Second car they put me in had not been cleaned (we are in the middle of Covid here!) and smelled really horribly of cigarette smoke. Then, when I got driving, the tire pressure warning came on, and I noticed a wobble. I stopped and realized the rear driver-side tire was almost flat! Thank goodness some strangers rolled up with an air compressor and helped me out. There are still good people out there ud83dude0abut beware of this Hertz location ಠ_ಠ

We were told that our vehicle had Sirius xm but when we got in the road, found it did NOT. When we called the agent said,” sorry, we will take off the charges”
