Budget Car Rental

The staff there are great. I've rented from this location multiple times; they are always friendly. On one occasion I had an issue with the car; they were quick to respond and took care of it. The staff at this location make me happy. So I keep coming back. The prices are comparable and competitive so that helps make my decision an easy one. It's also close to where I live and convenient. However, if the staff wasnt amazing I would really price check and go with the lowest price around me. Yes, I recommend them and will rent a car from them again.

Stay as far away from Budget as possible. The people that work here are great people, but the corporate rules are insane. The folks in the store have no way to help you. If you reserve online they will take your money and then if you don't have a high enough credit score they will turn you away. Although you can find this rules in the fine print they won't tell you you up front and they will 100% bill your card online. I can buy a house, buy a car, but Budget won't let me rent a vehicle. Its wild. Enterprise hooked me up on the spot took my money, gave me a car and on my way I went. Don't use Budget, ever!!

I would prefer no stars at all. I rented a vehicle on 9/20. That same day a warning light appeared. I took a photo and contacted the location about the issue. However with no call back and the fact that this vehicle sat most of the rental period, I just thought I’d bring it up again when I dropped the car off. A week later, I dropped the car off and again let them know about the issue and then asked why no one returned my call. It was stated that no one checks voicemails. And that was that. Then last week I receive a bill in the mail for over $1300 to fix a distance sensor, tow fees, as well as administrator fees. I was shocked to see this. I then proceeded to contact everyone I could, including corporate and the local agency. The staff was great, with top notch customer service. However, they could do nothing to reverse the charges. Also, I emailed all the documents they asked for, pictures of the issue, records of my call made and no return call, as well as anything else I had in reference to the rental. Again I spoke with someone in corporate that said due to it being a mechanical issue, that it in fact, wasn’t my fault and the investigation department would be in contact with my, within 24 hours, to have the charges removed. I’m not a rich woman and this charged really screwed me and I have still yet to hear from anyone as promised. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THE CARS ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT WELL MAINTAINED NOR DO THEY RETURN CALLS AND YOU WILL BE THE ONE SUFFERING. Very disappointed with the entire situation.

This particular location had extremely helpful and friendly staff. They did everything they could to accommodate me with this last minute rental

From the beginning of my experience when I walked in they made me feel like comfortable explain certain things to me they gave me an option when I really wasn't sure about it in the car I can say with certainty that there's not too many places that I would go back to but that is one of them so I mean they did a good job all three is very seldom you find three people that work in the same place and all I've got a pleasurable personality I've already told about 10 people about the experience and I just ended it today but that's what they gave me if I need a car I know where to go
