Terrible customer service, made a reservation on a Friday, corporate assured me there would be a car available. Upon arriving to the facility they sold theblast available to a walk in customer. So I had to make a reservation for Monday, upon arrival at the scheduled time the car was mot cleaned or ready to go.

Paige did a great job, quick in-and-out very professional.
I will not recommend renting from this location. Car was dirty with dog hair all over the inside, smelled like smoke and the front window was very hazy. We told them of these issues. They blew us off and did not make physical note of the situation. Then when we turned in the car we got charged 249.00 for something the last person did because they could not take the time to make notes. Called to try to get resolved and got basically it is their word against ours. I called corporate and they told me they could not help me because this location is independently owned.
Best place I have ever rented a car from. Have came to them a few times now. Never have I had any problems. Wonderful staff.
