SO impressed with these guys! Highly recommend. The customer service was fabulous, I had reserved a compact car, and when that wasn’t available Jordan first asked me if I would be comfortable with something bigger, then upgraded me at no charge. There was also a woman who was in a hurry and I wasn’t, so I invited her to go ahead of me. Instead of taking the time to finish waiting idly for her to clarify things with her insurance company on her phone, Jordan quickly took care of me. He easily could have made me wait. I call that fantastic customer service and smart thinking. Dropping the car off with Jordan was also a breeze. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area and have need of a rental.

This place is awful. I usually have good experiences with rentals but I will not be using this location ever again and most likely done with enterprise all together. Might go back if they ever get rid of the extremely unprofessional and “preoccupied” Jordan.
The guy working there was very nice. He had the car cleaned and sanitized. He should me how to operate the car. It was a hybrid Ford fusion and very very nice. Thank you Jordan
