HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Rented a vehicle for a business trip, had to drive 24 hours in a vehicle with a heavy smoke odor with my pregnant wife!! will never rent from budget again! Representative at the store had nothing to say after discussing my problems with the rental vehicle.
They lied and wouldn't allow my temporary driver's license like it stated on the website and then didn't honor a refund for 5 days and I missed my brother's wedding due to this. They are just evil.

The older lady that worked the counter on 7/25/2020 is extremely rude, and unprofessional. Budget my benefit sending her to some customer service training. I assure you lady, it isn't my fault you lack the customer service to efficiently deal with customers hospitably
