Honestly, forget about U-Haul. With unlimited miles and a 4-day rental period, you're pretty much set no matter where you're moving to - all for half the cost.
Good customer service, we were able to get in and out in a good timely manner. Employee was able to answer questions effectively!

We made reservations very much in advance and when we reached location the guy at counter told us that car is not available.. and he cannot help us.. he was also without a mask and was very unhelpful.. worst location and worst customer care service
I wish I could give the East Galbraith location -5 stars, as the experience we had (and are still having with customer service) was AWFUL! The Chevy Equinox that we rented smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, covered up by loads of perfume, was not cleaned at all after the prior renter, had food and stains EVERYWHERE, and had marijuana jammed inside the key fob! We also found an unopened packed of cigarettes in backseat! I tried calling the location the same day we rented it, but the recording said that they weren’t accepting phone calls. I had to end up emailing customer service, which has been a battle in itself. This was our first experience with Budget Rental and it was our last. We got our bill and noticed that the location overcharged us by $100, so now we get to deal with trying to get our money refunded to us. I cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am in this experience. Do yourself a favor and either use another location, or be smart and just use a better rental company.
