Made reservations at 10:30am show up at 10 Doors locked no answer. Knocked and called till 11am called 1800# sent me to another location that didn’t have any cars available. Worthless do not use.
I will never ever rent from here again after pre paying for a rental I came in to pick up the rental he had no cars available was totally rude I was assulted and I’m 7 months pregnant I am now trying to reach out to the owners because he needs to be fired bad customer service.
Very disappointed. I called an hour before the scheduled pick up of car to confirm my reservation and he said nothing is there for me to use and he will call one a car is available. I ordered a car rental 4 days ahead just to find out that there wasn't a car available. He even asked me to wait for a car to arrive and I said that me waiting further is not acceptable. He did not even give me an option to transfer my reservation to another branch till I said something about it. What made it worse is him not offering me a ride going to the other branch to pick up the car so I took Lyft. Not going to go back to this branch anymore. I am even rethinking if my avis preferred membership is even worth it.
Very disappointed. We requested a Jeep Wrangler for our trip to the East Coast. To be fair, it did say ‘Wrangler or similar’ on the reservation page, but we ended up with a Kia Sorrento which in my mind is nowhere near similar to a Wrangler. To make matters worse, the car smells like smoke and has a very large cigarette burn in the front passenger seat. The windows are filthy and the front of the the car still has dead bugs splattered all over it implicating it was not even cleaned after the last renter. I will not be coming here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
Excellent customer service, fast, polite and reasonable rates.
