Rented a vehicle not pricey but can be depending on what type of vehicle model you select, order in person is better but if the online reservation gets mixed up they will fix it quickly, often have to wait for a vehicle. Vehicles were clean.
Sales manager was rude & undermining when speaking with him. Refuse to buy a car through them. Have some respect.
my experience here was great-i knew what car i wanted to test drive. the sales rep (Nate) was awesome-he pulled the car up for me to test drive, i liked it-sat down with the finance person, got a great deal. it was definitely a pressure free atmosphere! would recommend looking/shopping here for your next car!
Needed a rental car on quick notice and Jeff found one for me. Great employees and customer service at this location.
The customer service experience was fine. However, I was highly disappointed in the vehicle option that was available to me. Also, when I came back to return the vehicle the store was opened ten minutes late due to the managers picking up more cars. I feel that if they knew they needed cars, it had to be done before opening time. On top of that, as customer courtesy, be open five minutes early, that would be great customer service to start.
