I have rented from enterprise for years and have been satisfied. This time I can honestly say will be my last. I rented a car on March 25th of this year. The car was dirty, I had an issue last year at this same location. Well I traveled out of town (to Atlanta Georgia) and on my way down a pebble from a car cracked the windshield. I called enterprise and was advised to switch it out at the airport location. When i got to the airport, they only had a compact car available, i had no other choice but to take it. That one was dirty as well!!! The car was a Terrible drive and the need oil change light came on in the middle of my way back home. I barely had enough space to store my things in the tiny vehicle. I was only given a 30 dollar discount when i dropped the car off. A true slap in the face to someone who has only rented cars from your organization for 11 Years. You will get no more of my business and retraining on cleaning vehicles should be done at this location and the Airport in Atlanta Georgia.

Great place to rent from, easy pick up without contact! Cars are always nice and clean. Return is smooth whether open or not with key drop off. I will continue to rent from you guys!

Normally, I rent cars from other Vendors. Because in the past, I would reserve a rental and on arrival I would be informed that there were no cars available, not even upgrades to accommodate my needs. On October 12; 2020 , I decided to try a different location of Enterprise Rent A Car. To my surprise, they accommodated my needs for a car. The car was very clean and the person who escorted me to the car was very polite and showed me how to start the car. Because of my experience that day, I will rent from them in the future.

My recent or last visit was a complete 180 from the previous.... worked with a gentleman named Ben who was very customer centric and solutions oriented; worked with me on an upgrade; and the only to find out that car had a flat tire when he pulled it around upgraded me once again. He and his associate were professional, conversive and friendly. They definitely have come through while my car has been down. Would definitely recommend this location.nnNew review-02/23/21- Recently rented and there was an issue with the back seat i wont go into here; but Josh at least tried to make it right. Rent here a lot - other than the new $300 deposit - I'm usually pleased with the good customer service here.

Love this company they always come thru for me no matter the situation! I was recently in an accident and Enterprise met me at the body shop so I would have a way to get around while my car was being fixed! The Rep was very polite, prompt and had excellent service!
