Rented a car online after hours, received confirmation that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Arrive to pick up and they say they don't keep cars at this location and need 24-48 hours! They say they will get a car by 10:30 am then they show up at noon. They have no drop for keys and they close at 6 so if you drop off after 6, you have to make a second trip for keys and are charged another day. Then, upon pick up they say you are charged for any miles over 300. We had a vehicle for about a week, so 300 miles isn't much. Overall the entire experience was awful from start to finish. We will never rent with Hertz again. Any vehicle I've ever rented from Enterprise was less expensive and unlimited miles. Only plus to the experience was the vehicle was in good shape and didn't have any issues.

Provided with unwashed, dirty, old rental vehicle which got its engine light lit after 20 miles of driving. The staff lady said its the only car available even when they clearly had other vehicles available. I only accepted as I needed a rental for immediate work trip. When I suggested the survey will reflect this, she rolled eyes and said thats fine! Stay away from this location! Rude staff here who doesn't want to do their job! AVOID this location!

I got a rental from here through my insurance only because enterprise didnt have any cars. I had this car maybe 2 weeks while my car got fixed when I got the car there where marks on the outside which was noted and the inside was dirty definitely had not been cleaned. I didnt think anything about it until I returned the car and got a call saying my card will be charged 200 dollars to clean and fumigate because of cigarette smell. First off the car was dirty when I got it second I dont smoke neither does my wife or newborn son or 2 year old daughter I told them this the women was very rude and snobby told me there is nothing I can do and your card will be charged. I asked for a manager she said she was the highest manager and told me good luck and hung up the phone. This is the worst place to ever rent a car all of their cars are basic and they always try to charge you. I will dispute the charge so good luck with that...
