The phone operator was very rude. My grandmother missed her appointment Because they didnt show up. I called and the person who answered the phone was very rude. Said it was her fault because she should have called to remind them earlier
Horrible customer service, as well they strand consumers at hospitals, appointments to fend for themselves. Would not recommend using this coming.
