Don’t waste your time at this location. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes. No one was there. They do not have hardly any vehicle here either. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Needed to get a rental due to an accident with my own. Had an appointment for 4pm to pick up the vehicle. There was a note that said they stepped out to pick up cars. My husband and I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I called my insurance to let them know and we got booked with another company. It's not acceptable to know a customer is coming at a specific time and not be there. It's be fine if it was 15-20 mins but it was an hour.
Daniel is the best! He is very proficient in the Hertz service and even went out of his way to make my rental easier for me. Daniel also discussed with me all of the possible discounts that I am eligible for. Best rental experience I have had and Daniel at Hertz won my business since I was a regular Enterprise customer before this trip. Thank you for the great service!
