So i picked up a rental from Mount Vernon location ....i understand the paperless method due to Covid however 2 days into my rental i got a flat tire and went to put the spare on to realize the registration and inspection were both expired in 2020 ud83dude33ud83dude33ud83dude33. Returned the vehicle 2 hours early and was still charged for an extra day. Made customer service person aware of expired stickers and he shrugged it off. I have been waiting for a reply email from customers Service for 5 days. No response

I've been renting with them (10 S. 1st Ave. Mount Vernon) for a while now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make the process quick and easy. They explain everything and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend renting from them.
