Fast and friendly. They had me in a rental and on the road in no time. The car was clean and nice. They even upgraded my car at no cost because they didnt have an economy car available.would definitely reccomend. Thanks!

When I rented car they gave me a price. I told them I wouldn't be bringing it back till late the following day. I was told there would not be an extra day charge as long as I dropped off by the time they closed. When I dropped the car off they charged me for an extra day. I told the guy I wanted to talk to manager he said I am the own. Sorry but that is our policy. I should have been told I needed to have it back by 8 am. Thought I was getting a good deal. I did think it was to good to be true. I guess he spent to much on Christmas and needed more money. Also I was told it was 200 dallor deposited and then told because I used a bank card it would be 300. So please just make sure you ask right questions and understand what you are told for sure. I told the guy when he first told me price that on line it told me there would be extra charge for later time. He said no don't worry about it. You wont be charged more. Sounded like a young kiI tried to find Facebook link and could not find it.
