Don't ever rent from here they say one thing and do the other. I rented a vehicle and brong it back the 8th and was chares till the 10th I've been in contact with there company for weeks till now they contact me to say that they were Closed and they used to charge me till then so I was charged for time I never use. They charged me over 900 dollars and had my account over draft. Mean while one of there employees told me to do so. If they had told me not to then I would have but instead they told me the wrong information and I get charged for it. I would never ever rent from them again neither would friends and family.

Thanks to Hertz I was able to make a stressful move seamless. They helped me last minute and the staff was so patient and kind even though it was closing time on a Friday. They even last minute rushed to clean the vehicle I was renting even though they were so busy! Thank you!

I am a frequent renter of cars an have found that Marva Brewington at the Schenectady NY location to always provide friendly professional customer service. She goes out of her way to ensure a positive experience and get me into a clean car quickly

Very dirty location. Very rude and disrespectful employee. Customer service is not very professional. Not accommodating in the least bit.
