Sue and Mary Ann are very disrespectful individuals and they are not personal able at all .They hung up the phone multiple times. They were very dismissive and not helpful at all. It was a disgusting experience from beginning to In . An establishment like this should not be presented to the world. They should be a lot more friendly and open working with the community. I’m not happy about the service or the attitudes . They kept on informing me to call Poughkeepsie and I work in business that was not needed I’ve got hung up on 5 times they are plan disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Completely a mom and pop and rude to outsiders... establishment needs to be closed

They Are strait and to the point. They DON'T play games with the Car sizes to hussle you into believing their giving the best..They tell you the car size and THAT IS WHAT YOU GET! Awesome service.

Need an appt for a rental...Kind of discouraging.
