National Car Rental

Piss poor customer service. I need to resolve an issue that has been going on for a week since 4/2/21. I cannot reach a person at the location. Customer service with National has reached out to the location directly with no response yet. Maybe a bad review will get me the attention and response I need.nnEdit/response- my issue needs to be resolved directly with the local branch at Syracuse international. I need to speak with someone there directly. Phones don’t get answered and only forwarded to customer service. Customer service “emails the branch” and I still don’t have issue resolved. Emailing customer care with my problem is going backwards. I need a direct contact number for the manager at this location.

I’ve been in a car rental for the past 5 months and I had to go back and renew the agreement every 30 days. The personnel behind the counter are very profesional and very friendly. They have been taking good care of me and I’ve always gotten a nice car. I will continue to rent from National every time my job sends me back to Syracuse.

Sometimes you need a real copy of the rental agreementnand I have not been able to find how to print a copy. It all dependsnon what you are doing for thenneed to have a hard copy or even a digital copy of the contract.nEverything else I am very happy with National.

I rented a SUV from Syracuse Hancock airport and I took family on a vacation which lasted longer than expected the ease of renting the vehicle and extending it was so painless.I had a wonderful customer experience and I will definitely always use national whenever in Syracuse im sorry I forgot your name but the young man whom I returned the vehicle to should be manager he is an awesome problem solverud83dudc4dud83cudfffhere's to ya kid....
