Thrifty Car Rental

This company is known for their hidden fees and horrible customer service, never rent from them! charged someone I know $300 for a “smoking fee” WHEN SHE DOESNT EVEN SMOKE!!!

After telling them I did NOT want additional insurance coverage on the rental car, they added it anyways without informing me and charged me an extra $500 total for the time I had the car. They also did not tell me how much they were charging me or that there were all these extra fees. Unprofessional and terrible. Customer service was just as unprofessional and very rude. Worst place to rent from, they should be out of business.

This place didn't tell me I ever needed a paystub or that they can't rent if you have points on your license. Or that they take $200 over the car rental fee. Never coming here AGAIN.

What a terrible company. They charged me an extra $60 to return the car a day EARLY! So many other hidden fees, what a joke.

Terrible Service !!! Booked a rental for one night ( 1/13/17- 1/14/17 ) for $22.52 including taxes and service fees through hotwire and when I returned my rental I was being charged $31.90 for the rental there was no explanation as to why I was being charged more money & no one tried to compensate or reimburse me they just sent me on way . I will no rent from here again .
