Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a mini van for two weeks from this location. Manager Jessica was super nice and allowed me to pick up the van the night before which was very helpful. Found that one of the middle row seats will not stay upright. Could not find a replacement in GA so when I returned the van she made adjustments for credit. While I was annoyed with the broken van seat I am happy that they took care of me. Would def recommend this location and friendly staff.

I was very unhappy with my services i love Enterprise but it was the services at that particular office that I had rented from.nnI rented the car from Tuesday to Friday unfortunately I took it back the Saturday morning because I was running late to drop it of.nThe Wednesday I realize the dash board was flashing tire symbol. That's when I realized the tire on the driver's side was low I stop and put air in it. The Thursday again I realized that the tire was down low again. I then put air again first i check to see if the tire had anything in it there was nothing in the tire but it was just going down low. When I took it back I mentioned it to the sales guy thinking he will apologize and offer me something more back because of my discomfort for 2 days stopping and putting air in the tire. All he said was 'don't worry we will take it to the shop. I still brought it back with a full tank of gas.nThis will not stop me from renting from enterprise just will not go back to that office. I brought my car from enterprise sales.nBecause of my regular place that I go the,sales people where great.

Courteous and professional staff. Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned unlike other car rental companies.

Very accommodating and very nice people. Needed to rent a car when my car was in the shop. Everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased. Would definitely recommend them.

Terrible service. Different reps give out totally different info and the female manager I talked with was not helpful at all.nnI rented a car there as my parked car got hit. After I returned the car this location tricked both the insurance company and me and charged me full retail without honoring the corporate rate which should be the case in my scenario. In the end I had to pay out of my own pocket for over $700. Eventually the insurance company (they talked with the location a couple of times and Enterprise gave out contradictory statements regarding their policy) paid that but that's been a very unpleasant experience trying to negotiate with Enterprise at Westbury.
