Driver of van 79 ran through stop sign almost crashi ng, has both headsets on while driving, 1 hand on wheel, and left turn signal on for half a mile. Driver could not hear me honking as I was going through stop sign. I had to stop hard in the middle of the intersection. Driver was oblivious to me being at intersection first.
