Rented a car with budget to drive to Florida and drop it off one way price was excellent car was decent sales representative was very friendly and helpful. I recommend using budget for many reasons.

The attendant there is really rude. He took so much time to give us the car even though we paid in advance. I tried talking to him nicely but he was still rude. The vicinity is not very well put up. At the time of dropping off, we reached at 4pm the time we were supposed to drop, but he wasn’t there so we had to give the key to some attendant at his garage shop.nHis system was so old and he had very less experience with the system he was using.nThe only good part is they have a Petrol station right outside, so you don’t have to go anywhere else to get the tank refilled.

I'm surprised to see negative reviews for this establishment. I have rented cars from this location for years, often an average of six to seven annually for work and leisure. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The employees are friendly and go above and beyond attending to customers' needs, and while it may have been hard to find them when they first moved from the Sears location, the service remains excellent.

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! the kiosk is very difficult to find and the employees do not answer the phone. I got lost and tried calling and nobody answered so I was rerouted to the toll free main number. The staff is not friendly and Customer service is terrible. When I finally made it the guy said that I should know the area even though I’m from out of state. They rented me a filthy car and didn’t even care. They didn’t have a good selection of vehicles. Save yourself the stress and hassle and rent from ANY other company but this one! If I could add photos that this review I would. I will be posting them to their Facebook. This company doesn’t even deserve one star.
