Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Sam provided excellent customer service! He came to pick me up from the body shop where I dropped off my car for a repair, helped me pick out an appropriate rental car, and even picked up the rental car from the body shop when I picked up my car! It was a great experience renting a car from here!

I’ve been coming here for a month while my car is in the shop. Every Friday I drop the rental and every Monday I pick up a new one. Every Friday they promise me a certain level of car and every Monday they put me in something unacceptable. Today, they put me in a beat up old Nissan Rogue with dents all over it and an infotainment system that wasn’t functioning. When I got upset about it, instead of using customer service skills , the nasty millennial told me if I didn’t like it I could have nothing. I am now waiting for my Uber to take me to a place that cares about their customers instead of treating them rudely.

******DON'T DO IT!!!! AVOID A HEADACHE!!!!!********nnMy experience began decent. Everyone seemed nice, cheerful and helpful. My car was stolen and my insurance company informed me they will handle the payments directly and to not allow Enterprise to pressure me to put money down, but the worker insisted it was mandatory so I did it anyway. I needed the vehicle for 30 days and my insurance covered it so no big deal right? Wrong........! On the 15th day they began to harrass me stating that I needed to make another deposit when my insurance reassured me that everything was taken care of and the extension was already in place and I had nothing to worry about. The next day I had to go out of state so I can babysit younger family members while their parents flew to Puerto Rico for a funeral and it was supposed to be brief, but it just so happened that a hurricane prolonged their stay. But its fine being that I have 30 days and I was only on my 16th day at that point right???? WRONG! This is where things got out of control! Its bad enough I'm dealing with worrying about my family not having food or water these Psychos kept calling and harassing me three times a day when I already spoke to someone and told them to contact my insurance company because they were the ones who were handling the payments! I finally got home at the 27th day and it turns out I have a notice in my mail box saying they've been requesting that I return the vehicle since day(5) of the rental period and I have to return it immediately. They even reported stolen! So I parked the car there and put the keys in the return slot. All in all this was a horrible experience and I never plan to use Enterprise again!!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!! If you're considering renting, use (Hertz) instead!!!!!!!!

Syosset Enterprise Rent-A-Car service is the best! The employees are professional, helpful and cheerful. The cars are great and service is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else for my car rental needs.

Very convenient. They met me at body shop and permited me to drop the rental car back there, where they picked it up. Avoided the need for a second vehicle and driver to consumate transaction. Very pleasant to deal with. Point of information, they might provide quick review on how to operate loaner. It took me 3 days to play around to learn how to change radio station.
