Easy to set up rental online. Very helpful and friendly staff. Car was great, price was fair. Easily understood coverages. Deposit was returned quickly. Will definitely rent again. Recommend 100%

We needed to rent a one way rent a car from Enterprise. Pickup and one day and return at a different location the same day. The Somerset Enterprise first told us that they only had one vehicle, which was a mini van, and then they charged us almost $400 to rent a vehicle for 6 hours. (The whole lot was full of vehicles)nWhat a ripoff! We have rented from Enterprise for years but this was totally a rip off deal to give us a mini van for one person and charge us that amount!nWell Enterprise may have cheated us on that rental but they have lost a valued customer for good! We will go someplace else from now on and spend our money on an honest rental company.nDO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! FIND A DIFFERENT CAR RENTAL!

We had to rent a vehicle because of last minute problems with my own vehicle we were able to rent a car within a hour and continue our planned trip that had already been prepaid.....we were given a Nissan rogue sport and I actually really liked the vehicle wouldn't mind purchasing one...I did have to pay a $200 deposit that was put directly back on my card when car was returned I actually figured it would take forever was very surprised how quick I got the deposit back...overall I would definitely rent from enterprise again in the future!!!! Any trip I decided to take I think I will rent again!!!

Very nice place and people seemed nice unfortunately I needed an id so I was unable to gain access to the variety of their well maintained and stylish cars. Next time I will be sure to plan better or maybe car pool with a new friend

Somerset, KY Enterprise location was amazing in working us as we extended our reservation multiple times. We were looking for a home in KY and were treated so well every time we called. I cant thank you guys enough for your flexibility (the car was great, too!).
