Avis Car Rental

First time ever picking up a car at a retail mall, but it was surprisingly easy and convenient! The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and efficient. Definitely would rent here again instead of at the airport!

They over charged my cc $250 then me it was because the gas want replaced when in fact it was brought back on a full tank. The guy at the counter is pleasant and decent but the doesn't give them the right to rip folks off. No stars if I could!!!

Ed was working alone, while crowded, but still very polite, diligent and thorough. The location is by entrance 6 for those who get confused by GPS. Thanks Ed hope you're efforts are recognized.

I went on Thursday to get a car, told them I need one day but possibly more. Called Friday durning the day, guy put me on hold for 10 mins then it went to the voicemail. Called back and talked to Ed, told him I needed it till Monday, he said okay. Charged my account, everything was fine. Monday, Avis calls says the car needed to be turned in on Friday and that if I didn’t turn it in there would be further charges. I tried to call was on hold for 10 mins. But figured I’d just talk to whoever when I turned the car in. Looked and they charged my account again. (Total at this point $634.73 ) The guy working told me that Ed never put it in the system that I needed it till Monday. Okay but he still charged me...so makes no sense but said the charge should drop off and said I was all set.....WHY DID AVIS CALL ME TODAY STATING THAT I STILL HAVE THE CAR???? And I’ve been on hold for over 20 mins!! Why call me if you don’t have anyone available to talk to??? I will NEVER use them again. So I’m sure they’ll charge my account AGAIN. Didn’t realize it was going to cost $600 for four days.

Mr. Ed is such a delight to interact with. Very accommodating and people friendly. Compared to my other Avis location I visited, he's by far the best !! Avis could benefit with a couple of more Mr. Ed's !!
