Staff at Enterprise Rent a Car located in Poughkeepsie on Duchess Turnpike are AMAZING. Super efficient, clear and precise. They answer any and all questions you have. I extended my rental 2x at the last moment and they were still able to accommodate me! They helped in my time of need for Car shopping. I returned Rental Monday Morning and had my new vehicle by 12p Monday. Thanks for your assistance. Awesome staff and company. Also my ride wasn't there when I returned the car, the young woman assisting me let me wait in the car so I would not freeze. THANK YOU ALL.
