I had to rent a couple of cars from my local Enterprise since my car was in the shop. I reserved an SUV and the one I got had an alignment issue. Which is very easy to not notice if the previous driver didn't let them know. After driving down the road a few miles I brought it back and they gave me a free upgrade to a very nice nearly brand new Nissan Murano. They gave me a break on the fuel as well and turned on the satellite radio for free. The difference between a bad experience and a good one is what a business does to fix customer service issues. They have always done me right and I actually look forward to renting a car from them (besides the cost :P). Great experience with professional people.

After the enterprise in Williamson basically left me without a rental option. (they said they were out of cars despite me having a reservation for weeks) I came to this location on short notice. The young woman (forgot her name) told me to place a reservation online and she would handle everything. I arrived 30 minutes early and the gentleman working the desk offered me a truck or to wait a bit on a car. I chose to wait, the car arrived, and I was on my way. Everyone was professional and honest. Will be returning in the future!

Our experience was top notch with Pikeville, Ky enterprise location! Fast & friendly service, clean and well maintained vehicles. They are also very helpful and always there to answer any questions that you may have! We will definitely be interested in renting again with the company, soon!

Best and friendly ppl at the pikeville location better then I can say about Prestonsburg location they lied told me they had nothing to rent so I drove to pikeville and they got me in something less then 30 mins loved them all car drove good had no problems If your in the market for a rental go the extra miles and go to pikeville first there way better
