The team at this location are simply AMAZING. Christina and Nicole have been very helpful from day 1 with service and accommodations. Truly a gem of team and place!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this particular location. In January when my truck needed a considerable amount of work I was able to get a rental on the spot, then more recently 9/18 a Friday no less this branch was able to get me into a vehicle last minute when my truck needed transmission work. They were able to pick me up and drop me off, everything went smoothly.nnThe staff has been friendly and more than accommodating, specifically the two managers of the office Nicole and Christina. Thank you, whenever I’m in need of another rental this will be my go to spot.
Always professional and courteous. Christina Pigeon went out of her way to find the vehicle that we needed as they had just recently reopened after covid. They are the only rental company we use!!!
The staff at Enterprise in Mansfield were great , the called a week before my pick up , then the day before. To avoid the 12 rush they made the van available to pick up early..they came and got me! Very professional and kind staff.
