Great customer service. The car I reserved wasn’t available so they upgraded me to a Mustang! That was a fun car to drive. If it were a stick it would have been even better.
I rented a truck, truck not available when I drove all the way to the pickup location. Charged my credit card, won’t refund for 5 days. Very poor company.
Thank you Jimmy for setting us up with a great car for our recent vacation! Best decision: clean, comfortable, new, great price, great gas mileage. PLUS roadside assistance and a toll-pay transponder (not that we needed either, but it was nice to know it was available!) Price was exactly what I was quoted, which was not the case when I rented from a competitor a couple of years ago. I'll be back for sure!!
Management changed and service has definitely suffered. 2nd rental this summer and cars are dirty.nI will be finding another rental company instead of Avis in Hackettstown on Stiger street.
Jimmy is the absolute best. I strongly recommend going to Jimmy for all your car rental needs, even if it may be a little out of the way. Always has new model, perfect condition vehicles available and fantastic service!
