I took a taxi to pick up the vehicle. The taxy driver dropped me off in the wrong area. I was lost and I saw a staff member cleaning a returned vehicle. I explained the staff member my situation. He was super nice and transported me to the pick up area. I am very grateful for that. The pick up/return staff was very professional. The vehicle was better than expected and very clean. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

We had an excellent experience renting. Synthia (the Avis rep we worked with at Newark) was super helpful and friendly. She gave us the best customer experience we have ever had renting cars...and we've rented a lot of cars!

The process was practically effortless and picking up/dropping off the vehicle was just as easy! No big push to upsell, as experienced at other agencies, was greatly appreciated. Despite working alone at the pickup counter on New Years Day with a very long line of travelers anxious to pick up their vehicle, the customer service rep was very upbeat and extremely congenial and pleasant. I appreciate great customer service!
