I booked with priceline, I didn't have any problems. Staff was helpful, friendly, and the shuttle was fast.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are rude and extremely unprofessional. Place was dirty. And the worst is they refused to give me the rental that was already paid for in full without adding another $250. They lied repeatedly about that charge, changing what it was for and ultimately refused to give me the rental and left me stranded in Newark, NJ in the cold and rain. Worst car rental place I have ever dealt with in my 69 years alive.
