Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They where very nice , and for it to be an airport I thought I would have to wait in a long line, but the customer service was on point, the nice lady took my name and information had me in and out with in a few minutes, when I got to my car I rented the customer service guy even offered to upgrade my car if I wasn’t satisfied with the one they had there waiting for me , very easy going and fast , love Enterprise customer service, they are the best by far. keep up the good work over there..

This was the fastest and most friendly experience I have ever had renting a car at an airport. The lady that checked me in was so nice and so funny I think we talked longer than it took for her to check me in and get the car. I use them every time I fly into Newark NJ

I almost always use Enterprise because I know their cars are always clean and in good shape. The car I was given,VW Golf, did not have a USB charging port. It looked like it had one of the new universal charging ports which I do not have a cable for so I had to go buy one that you put in the lighter. Other than being incredibly expensive (like their competitors too) I like Enterprise out of Newark Airport.
