National Car Rental

Sneaky business--our National rentals are usually unlimited miles but in this case, they put us on 0 miles PLUS full daily charges because we picked up the car in NJ and returned it in IL. This has not happened before and certainly not without a warning. We realize that there are a lot of COVID pressures but unethical behavior in fine print will only ensure that more customers stay away!

I absolutely like the service, standing customer service. I have been a National Car Rental member for years. Great loyalty program and benefits of free days through the program. My favorite thing is choosing your car from the Emerald Aisle. You choose and go as a member and I have been impressed with selection in most locations. National is my go to rental agency.

Make sure you join the Emerald Club. Makes for easy in/easy out. Still a little sparse on the choices on the executive row.

I rented a car for over 2 weeks, left my Easy Pass in it, National could not be bothered to let me call the branch, I had to drive there, and they still refused to look for it. Now I've had to cancel the EasyPass and incur any charges they put on it until then. National doesn't care about their customers.
