Happy with their service, they were able to accommodate my last minute request

I don’t recommend this company at allll never picked up my sister had to use a different transportation to get her to her office appointment and took forever to get my sister home and the guy didn’t even want to bring my sister into the facility once he got her there

Wednesday 06/2019 I had medical appointment at 10:30 am. I called Logistic and schedule transport for me. The driver should pick up me at 9:30 am. He show up at 10:15. He was very, very slow. It was looking like he don't know what he is doing. Totally lost. Do not know even how to operate the lift. I sit in seat. He DO NOT SECURE ME WITH SEAT BELT, he was on the phone while driving, drinking soda while driving and smoking outside even I told him I will be late for my appointment. I am long time customer for Boomerang and all the drivers are very good and professional. But not this one. If I will see him again I will refuse to go and Boomerang will lost business.

one of my pts is been waiting since 11 am to be picked up, it's now 3:22, I had called several times and until now this poor man still here waiting for transportation, TERRIBLE SERVICE, LINE IS ALWAYS BUSYnTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Had a ride with them yesterday, January 6th. One thing I found annoying is the driver didn't speak one word of English. As far as his driving, he turned on to a one way street going the wrong way. He also didn't stop till he was almost in the trunk of the person ahead of us. Needless to say I was thankful when I got home.
